Position Purpose / Summary:

In this role, As a Senior Executive in Digital Business, your primary focus is on driving customer success and achieving admission targets through strategic initiatives.

You'll ensure effective communication, manage CRM updates, and uphold adherence to sales processes. Exceeding revenue and enrollment targets is crucial in this role.


Position Overview:
As a Senior Executive you'll focus on driving customer success and meeting admission targets. Responsibilities include counseling stakeholders, coordinating the student journey, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring effective communication.

  • Be the guiding light in selling cutting-edge courses through outbound, inbound, and online processes.
  • Achieve not just sales targets but milestones in shaping the educational journey of learners.
  • Customer Success, Achieve allocated admission targets. Counseling Students and Stakeholders about our courses and competition exams landscape

Building Connections:


  • Coordinating student journey, championing the entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
  • Identify golden opportunities within our existing learner community to fuel the growth of our sales pipeline.
  • Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be the key to establishing lasting connections with our clients.

Daily Triumphs:


  • Connect with over 150 potential learners daily - each one a chance to make a difference.
  • As a self-motivated and organized individual, you'll effortlessly manage a high volume of customer interactions
  • Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated in real-time on CRM software.
  • Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrolments.

  • Ensure customer success and meet admission targets through effective counseling and objection handling.
  • Coordinate the student journey from prospecting to support, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Provide detailed information and career guidance through various channels, maintaining communication until onboarding.
  • Conduct oneonone career guidance and skills assessment sessions for career development.
  • Update CRM in realtime with lead discussions and conversions.
  • Ensure adherence to inside sales processes, tools, and data management.
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
