Responsibilities:


Craft Compelling Experiences:

  • Develop innovative design concepts, mocks, and prototypes for product features.
  • Ensure designs adhere to established standards and guidelines, maintaining a
consistent and high-quality brand experience.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering, product management) to bring
designs to life.


Champion User-Centricity:

  • Immerse yourself in user research, understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain
points.

  • Leverage user insights to inform design decisions and create intuitive, delightful
experiences.

  • Collaborate with the UX research team to conduct user testing and iterate on designs.

Effective Communication & Collaboration:

  • Clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, influencing project
outcomes.

  • Foster a collaborative and open communication environment within the design team.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teammates and help them grow professionally.

Project Management & Ownership:

  • Manage assigned tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering highquality work.
  • Identify and proactively address potential design risks and roadblocks.
  • Be a problemsolver, contributing to team discussions and finding solutions.

Stay Ahead of the Curve:
Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and best practices in UI/UX.

Be a continuous learner, actively seeking new knowledge and skills to stay ahead of the curve.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on interaction, motion, and

graphic design.


  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Passion for user-centric design and creating delightful experiences.
