The Microsoft Power Automate Architect and Lead Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.

This role involves leading a team of developers, and advising clients on best practices for integrating automation solutions into their existing architectures to enhance efficiency and streamline business processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and mentor a team of automation developers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective automation strategies using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
  • Design and implement security measures for automation solutions to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Advise clients on the integration of Power Automate solutions with existing IT architectures, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of best practices for the development and deployment of Power Automate flows, ensuring highquality and scalable solutions.
  • Conduct highlevel troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Power Automate and related technologies to drive innovation within the team and projects.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring alignment with project goals and facilitating effective communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Skills Required:

  • Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, including experience with implementing complex flows and understanding of security concerns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of developers.
  • Solid background in automation architecture and best practices for designing scalable and secure automation solutions.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

- and low-code automation tools, document processing tools, and other relevant technologies.


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • High proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation, with a focus on Microsoft Power Automate and other relevant technologies.
  • Relevant technical certifications at a senior level in automation or related fields.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and successfully delivering complex automation projects.
  • Experience with integrating automation solutions into diverse IT architectures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional programming languages and automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and architectures, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Previous consultancy experience, with a strong ability to advise and guide clients on automation strategies and integration
