Job Overview
PENNEP is looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our products. You will be working closely with the product and engineering teams to develop and implement design strategies.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers.
Develop and implement design strategies.
Create usercentered design solutions that meet business and user needs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and highfidelity designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure design solutions align with product and engineering requirements.
Stay uptodate with emerging design trends and technologies.
Communicate design solutions to stakeholders and present design concepts.
Define and maintain design standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and responsive design principles.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have skills and experience

Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Experience in designing for international audiences.
Experience in designing for complex systems and create user experiences that are easy to navigate and understand.

Education
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
