Program Associate, Operations Team, Avanti Fellows
Position Summary:
Project Associates will be responsible for implementing projects, tracking metrics, collecting feedback from teachers and students, and supporting the overall functioning of Operations.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage on-field implementation of programs in the schools, working in close coordination with Govt School teachers and Avanti's Program Managers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the district officials, school principals, teachers and students.
- Work closely with school teachers to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Providing required tech/nontech support to teachers and students.
- Be the part of multiple whatsapp groups of assigned schools(912) and engage with students for online learning systems after school.
- Regular field visits(School visits) for observation and implementation of the project.
- Actively track engagement and learning metrics to ensure students' are on track to achieving their learning goals about classroom and test performance on Avanti's online learning management system.
- Set up feedback mechanisms with teachers and students, and consistently collect feedback to gauge success and suggest improvements.
- Capture success stories and learning from operations of the program
Requirements:

Education:BSC./MSC./B.Ed/B.Tech/B.
E/Graduation or equivalent required**:

Experience: At least 1 year of work experience (Preferred in development sector)

Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Classroom observation and teachers training.
- Effective communication skills, both spoken and written
- Relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Personality traits:
- Deeply care about education and have empathy towards students from lowincome backgrounds and their teachers and parents
- Possess the willingness to learn and curiosity to explore
- Be willing to lead projects with mínimal supervision
Salary Details:
Commensurate with experience
Location:
Haryana ( Rohtak, Rewari, Mahendergarh)
Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Haryana, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
