Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.Providing customer with clear instructions to resolve issues.
Rerouting customers calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Salary:
₹8, ₹27,115.68 per month
