    Comfortable in giving direction andinfluencing others in the achievement ofobjectives.
    Strong understanding of financial planningand analysis best practice for a multilocation dispersedorganization.
    Strong interpersonal skills with theability to build relationships at senior levels of the organizationand influence key stakeholders.
    Strong people skills andemotionalintelligence
