    We're seeking a future team member for the role to join our BNY Mellon team. This role is located in Pune – HYBRID.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

    The successful candidate will:

    Key Skills:

  • Expertise of BI technologies (, Microsoft Power BI, ThoughtSpot)
  • Detailed understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework.
  • DAX learning
  • Expertise of SQL queries
  • Exceptional analytical thinking skills for converting data into illuminating reports and reports.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data modelling, administration, and visualization
  • Extremely good communication skills
  • Experience in data preparation and data warehousing projects
  • Experience in Change Control management
  • Domain knowledge of Data Governance (good to have)

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Intake process of new requirements and enhancements requests.
  • Develop Power BI Data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualization.
  • End to end accountability of deliverables to the business team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for Analytics and Reporting
  • Designing and developing BI reports and dashboards.
  • Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboards and reports.
  • Training end-users
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Implement security in reports and dashboards
  • Ensure agile/scrum practices are followed during the development process
