Front Office Executive
Work Dynamics


What this job involves:

Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate Host
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the right employee.
Meeting rooms arrangements, visitor (VIP) management & hospitality Management to be taken care.
Ensuring FOE call always available, place alternative person if any.
To ensure all the receptions are presentable and add value in all possible ways.
To promote conducive working environment through informal and scheduled interaction with employees, leading to better satisfaction.
To continuously improve employee relationship through informal and scheduled meetings. To endeavor prompt response to achieve zero employee complaints or to demonstrate reducing trend of complaints. Ensure completion of actions arising out of employee feedback report and to communicate to the employee on progress.

Desired experience and technical skills:


Required:

Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation


Preferred:

BHM/Any degree /diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
