ROLE Description

We are looking for a Telesales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in telemarketing and customer service, to join our team in Jaipur.

In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for generating new business by cold calling and following up on warm leads.

You will be expected to update and maintain our CRM system and collaborate with other teams to deliver results, ensuring that our client receive the highest quality of service possible.

Responsibilities:

Calling active and new clients for business generation.
Directing prospects to the sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Keep records of calls and sales information and make notes of each conversation.
Fix the meetings with interested clients.

Qualifications:
1 year of telecalling or comparable experience.
Exceptional verbal communication skills; adept at using CRM software.
Organized, empathetic, and adaptable in dynamic situations.

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
