Key Responsibilities:

1.


Graphic Design:

  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

2.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather input and feedback on design projects.

3.


Software Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to enhance creative output.

4.


Time Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Prioritize and organize work effectively to deliver highquality designs within specified timelines.

5.


Feedback and Revisions:

  • Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions.
  • Iterate on designs based on constructive criticism and maintain flexibility in the creative process.

Qualifications and Skills:

1.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.

2.


Experience:

  • 6 months to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.

4.


Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

5.


Creativity:

  • Demonstrated creativity and originality in design work.
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

6.


Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and industry best practices.

Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:

Graphics Designer: 1 year (preferred)
