Designation: HR Administrator
Working Days: 5 Days working
Shift timing: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM | 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Job Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Administrator with excellent communication skills who can effectively coordinate with UK-based clients and employees. The ideal candidate should have relevant HR experience, strong interpersonal abilities, and the flexibility to work in UK shift timings.
Role & responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Support - Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR inbox, respond to routine queries, and escalate complex issues.
- Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
- Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle (starters, changes, leavers).
Compliance & Pre-Employment Checks
- Process Right to Work (RTW) and DBS checks in line with UK regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewals.
- Escalate compliance concerns where necessary.
Contracts & Documentation
- Prepare and issue contract variations (role, salary, hours, location)
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
Systems & Reporting
- Ensure HR data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Support reporting on starters, leavers, and compliance metrics.
Process Improvement & General Support
- Contribute to process improvements and employee experience.
- Support audits, onboarding, and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred candidate profile:
Candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience with HR generalist profile along with below skills:
- Excellent English Communication
- Flexible to work in UK Shift
