The role is primarily focused on L1/L2 support and DevOps. The team specializes in building high-quality web-based products with a focus on usability, speed, security, and productivity.

  • What you'll do daytoday


In this role, you'll own support functions such as addressing product queries from the users, managing configuration changes, developing utilities/tools for managing operations and automating repetitive tasks, documentation, etc.

You'll be building and maintaining reports and metrics related to accuracy of user data and software performance. You'll partner with cross-functional operations and technology teams to solve problems and identify improvement opportunities. You'll troubleshoot, debug and evaluate urgency of issues.

You'll also be working closely with developers on fixing issues that are critical to the business and documenting and tracking all changes in production.

Additionally, you'll be driving requirements and organizing documents related to operational activities as well as executing new initiatives that will improve business operations.

  • Additionally, familiarity with programming languages like C, C++, Java, etc., will be an added advantage
