- Lead the development and maintenance of our backend services primarily using Python and FastAPI.
- Architect and implement solutions integrating various AWS services to support scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
- Design and manage databases, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between frontend and backend systems.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of backend systems to handle growing traffic and data loads.
- Work closely with the founding team to align backend development with the company's strategic goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of full time experience as a software engineer, with some startup experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Strong experience with various AWS services and their integration into backend solutions.
- Proven track record in developing efficient and scalable APIs.
