Introduction


In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities


As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies.

A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.


You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.


Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
  • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
  • Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Shape solutions within Oracle EBS / Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
  • Expertise in Implementation and Roll Out Project Experience as a Functional Consultant
  • Work under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Overall industry experience of 14+ years
  • Proven ability business process areas preferred (atleast two)
  • O2C Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Acquire to Retire (A2R), Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Act as Oracle EBS / Cloud domain expert providing bestpractice guidance on supply chain business processes and implementation approaches.
