Freelance Calling Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
• Conduct followup calls to existing customers to build relationships and upsell products
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
• Accurately maintain records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Provide customer feedback to the management team to continuously improve products and services

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for sales and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using a computer and telecommunication systems
