Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits, ensuring an effective call program is maintained for all assigned and prospective customers.

Service Excellence: Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and competitive pricing to clients.

Client Rapport: Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, positioning Indira as the preferred choice for all kinds of investments.

Cross Selling: Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities to align Indira and its products with customer needs.

Target Market Focus: Establish quality, profit-earning customer relationships within the target market segments.

Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers.

Business Expansion: Develop new and expand existing High Net Worth Customer relationships in all segments.

Sales Initiatives: Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.

Market Research: Stay updated on the latest products and regulations in the financial market.

Sales Opportunities: Actively look for new sales opportunities and avenues for business growth.

Initiative and Motivation: Demonstrate plenty of drive, initiative, and motivation to achieve sales targets.

Knowledge Enhancement: Continuously enhance product knowledge, possess good mathematical and computer skills.

Profit Analysis: Conduct customer-wise annual profit analysis to optimize revenue generation.

Qualification

  • Any Graduate with two years experience and good communication skills

  • 2.25 lpa onwards
