As a Sales Executive at our digital signature certificate sales and service providing firm in Ernakulam, your primary responsibility will be to follow up with existing customers throughout Kerala.

Your role will involve maintaining regular communication with clients, utilizing excellent communication skills and demonstrating the ability to handle tasks independently.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Followup: Proactively follow up with existing customers across Kerala to ensure customer satisfaction, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Activities: Identify sales opportunities and promote digital signature certificate services to new and existing customers. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Client Visits: Conduct monthly or bimonthly visits to client offices to provide personalized support, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records, sales activities, and progress reports using CRM software or other designated tools. Prepare and submit salesrelated documentation, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Gather market intelligence to identify potential leads and develop strategies for business growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order processing, product delivery, and aftersales support.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the digital signature certificate or IT services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in conducting direct meetings, Google Meetups, or Zoom meetings.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Kerala for client visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
