Description

He should be ITI diploma holder (Electrical Or mechanical OR any other technical background) He should have sound knowledge of handling Electrical issues, Acs, UPS & E-surveillance (RMS) systems.

1) Channel Executive will be accountable for sites with complete ownership of Upkeep, Uptime, Transaction, Remote Monitoring System

2) Channel Executive will have to visit all the assinged sites atleast once in fortnight / Multiple times as required.

3) Channel Executive need to manage display of notices, information and collaterals at ATM site, as per Bank's Standard

4) Channel Executive should assist in improving the uptime and availability of ATMs/CDs/Cash Recyclers and in analyzing the performance of the ATM/CD/Cash Recycler network and suggest ways to improve uptime and availability. CE shall provide prompt first line maintenance in response.

5) Channel Executive need to do basic Preventive maintenance, also to attend FLM calls of AC installed at the site.

Basic checks will involve Cleaning Filter, inspection of IDU & ODU detection of faults, including checking the gas pressure, Channel Executive should have fair idea of UPS inspection including input & output power.

Also have idea to check the power backup.
