Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for Ticketing operations and sales

Job description

Has experience with CRS (Like Amadeus/Galileo) as well as Issuance of LCC Airlines
Has independently handled International/Domestic Air Ticketing.

  • Has done IATA/ Diploma in Travel Tourism Course etc.
  • Should be able to read fare Rules & Penalty.
  • Has Good Call & Email etiquettes.
Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet highest level of customer satisfaction.

Dealing with Reservations, Operations, and Negotiations section

Operational duties (air and land arrangements) ticket bookings

Creative planning and designing of itineraries

Managing the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achieved


Schedule:

  • 10 AM TO 7 PM

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹18, ₹40,000.00 per month
