Pioneering the 'Multipurpose Centre' Model, AISECT utilized their existing Education & Training Centre infrastructure to offer numerous services, including skill development, capacity building, information window, maintenance and repair, sale of allied products and services, e-Governance through Common Service Centres (CSC), banking and insurance services, etc.

Position Summary:


The Mobilizer will be a part of AISECT Bhopal's team located at Patna, responsible for mobilizing beneficiaries for various Skill Development and Educational projects implemented across India.

He/she will have a deep understanding of AISECT's programs and outcomes to be achieved and will report to the State Project coordinator.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Mobilization of beneficiaries for various skill development projects at implementing geographies.
  • Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of stakeholders during planning and development meetings, workshops and seminars.
  • Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities.
  • Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories on monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annually.

Competencies & Abilities:


  • Excellent Communication.
  • Ability to manage the tasks independently.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Prior experience in a similar field/understanding of social sector schemes will be preferred.

Education & Experience:


  • Graduate/Post graduate in a relevant field
  • 1 to 2 years' work experience in a similar field will be an advantage

  • Skill Development/CSR/Government Projects/Education Management

Job Types:
Full-time, Contractual / Temporary


Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
