Description
Manage and resolve variety of customer requests

  • Educate customer about product features and assist in troubleshooting the issue related to it
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and provide feedbacks and inputs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and present trends to internal stakeholders
  • Graduate with excellent fluency in English and Hindi, Additional language skills would be a plus
  • Minimum years of experience in Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Customer Support tools, ORM and chat tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer's issue and point of view and answering his queries accordingly

₹18, ₹27,000.00 per month
