Customer Service Executive - New Delhi, India - Healtharx Technologies Pvt. Ltd
Description
Manage and resolve variety of customer requests- Educate customer about product features and assist in troubleshooting the issue related to it
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and provide feedbacks and inputs to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze data and present trends to internal stakeholders
- Graduate with excellent fluency in English and Hindi, Additional language skills would be a plus
- Minimum years of experience in Customer Support
- Knowledge of Customer Support tools, ORM and chat tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand customer's issue and point of view and answering his queries accordingly

₹18, ₹27,000.00 per month
