    For this role, we are looking only for Interior Designers whose core responsibility is achieving these Success Stories by playing a pivotal role in Project Execution journey. The Customer Success Executive will directly report to the Management.

    They primary role includes -

    1. 2D and 3D Drawings - Creation of AutoCAD Drawings for Electrical, AV Equipments and AV related Furniture, Civil and False Ceiling. Designing 3D renders of cinema rooms for clients using Sketchup, Enscape, 3Ds Max or more such relevant tools.
    2. Coordination with internal stakeholders - Sales and Operations team as well as externally with Customers and their agencies to coordinate and drive the resolution of on-site critical issues, snags, and provide timely accurate drawings.
    3. Project Management Software - Daily updates of project status and progress report on R-Dash project management software to manage more than 50+ projects.
    4. Task Assignment and Completion - To keep a tab of all escalations and track high-priority ones with regular coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
    5. Improvising Customer Experience - Ensure great customer experience, plug any gaps in delivery of services (Design and Ops). Reach out to clients, assess their experience, share feedback with internal departments handling client service, and ensure a smoother experience.

    We believe that the candidate needs to have below skills and expertise to execute this role -


    • Graduation / relevant Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture


    • Fresher or Minimum Experience of 1 yr as an Interior Designer.


    • Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.


    • Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)


    • Technical design (Material knowledge, Lighting knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)


    • Acoustic design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, acoustic planning)


    • Holds behavioral attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.


    • Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
