Handling Tendor Portals

Participating Tenders, preparing and uploading of documents in turnaround time.

To ensure - Cold Calls and qualify sales leads that are generated from marketing efforts and also by own efforts and Data Bases.

Coordination with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

Preparing periodical (weekly, daily and yearly) sales analysis as instructed by the Managers.

Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars.
