Location - Saket, South Delhi
Experience - Minimum 2 to 3 years of exp.
We are looking for smart, experienced client servicing executive who shall complete vital link between agency and its clients. He/She will be responsible for fulfilling client's need while managing day-to-day client interaction and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing brand responsiblities and client expectations on all aspects of 360 degree marketing.
- Maintain daytoday client contact for project execution.
- Handling multiple client accounts.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing especially Social media
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Onsite client servicing
- Account Management
- Client and Team coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or an industryrelated field.
- Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
