Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organizing meetings, conferences, and travel
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Providing support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
