  • Role Requirements
a.
Calendar Management
i.
Maintain calendar for the CEO, plan, assign schedules in a timely manner.
ii.
Follow up on items due including from other department heads / staff / external stakeholders.
iii.
Ensure that timely reminders are provided to the CEO prior to meetings / planned events.
b.
Project Management and Reporting
i.
Plan and monitor projects as required by the CEO.
ii.
Follow-up on actionable with respective stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects as assigned.
iii.
Prepare reports, support in preparing presentations, invites, letter etc when required.
c.
Meetings
i.
Coordinate and organize meetings and events as and when required.
ii.
Prepare meeting agenda, schedule review meetings, and distribute minutes of the meeting within 24 hours of meeting.
iii.
Assist in preparing and maintaining meeting materials, business presentations and other files.
d.
Generic / day to day activities
i.
Assist the CEO for official travel arrangements and reimbursements / claims processing.
ii.

Support processing and administration of documentation, processing of invoices and expense reports, internal and external meeting bookings, liaison with vendors etc.

e.
Others
i.
Live the core values of the organisation by demonstrating Ownership mind-set, Innovation at work and engaging all stakeholders effectively.


Job Requirement
5 to 10 years with at least 2 years working with a Senior Leader / CXO level role bearer.

  • Project Management.
  • Service minded, flexible and willing to stretch.
MS Office tools.

  • Selfstarter with ability to work in ambiguity.
  • Integrity and ethics.
