Position:
UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our creative team.

As a UI/UX Designer at KBA Systems, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring an outstanding user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance user experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technological constraints, and business requirements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of handson experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into userfriendly and visually appealing designs.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile app design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
