Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling: Create highquality 3D models of characters, objects, environments, and props using industrystandard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max).
Animation: Develop 3D animations for characters and objects, including rigging, keyframe animation, and character animations.
Lighting and Rendering: Set up lighting and render scenes to achieve desired visual quality and effects.
Asset Optimization: Optimize 3D assets to ensure performance and compatibility across different platforms and hardware.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including artists, designers, and developers, to integrate 3D assets seamlessly into our projects.
Problem Solving: Identify and address technical and artistic challenges in 3D asset creation, striving for creative solutions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure that all 3D assets meet project specifications and visual standards.
Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies in 3D art and graphics to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role in the game development, animation, or related industry.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering using industrystandard software.
Knowledge of animation techniques and rigging.
Creative and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and versatility.
Bachelor's degree in 3D art, computer graphics, or a related field is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

Basic knowledge about game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
