Responsibilities:

Represent the company and promote our products/services to potential clients in assigned territories.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales and achieving company objectives.
Maintain a professional image and represent the company's values and mission in all interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Field Executive or similar role in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities to effectively close deals and drive sales.
Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a passion for achieving results.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to adapt to changing business environments.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using salesrelated software and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.

Salary:
₹5, ₹50,000.00 per month
