WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


System Administrator

Must have competencies:


  • SQL Server 2012+ administrator
  • SQLplus queries, table space manipulation, character set migration ability
  • NoSQL knowledge and/or desire to learn it
  • Import/export/backup, clustering/DR/HA ability
  • DB installation/upgrades and storage distribution
  • Basic Windows & Database Server administration
  • Powershell
  • High proficiency with debuggers and profilers
  • Good reasoning and analytical skills

Technical Requirements (Good to Have):


  • Technical certifications
  • Hands on experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience in Medical domain
  • Good exposure to tools like Visual Studio, JIRA, MS Office, Bug tracking tools

Soft Skills (Must Have):


  • Excellent communicator
  • Positive attitude towards learning/challenges/team/etc.
  • Good team leader/coach/mentor

Responsibility:


  • Designing, maintaining databases
  • Liaison with product development team on daily basis
  • Performance monitoring of the database
  • Technical documentation
  • Customer communication for technical things on a daily basis
