Brief job description:
-
Location: Noida
- File documents with Govt. bodies, banks, other offices as and when required
- Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair (air conditioning, security, fire safety, etc.) and updating (carpentry work etc. )
- To efficiently manage office housekeeping, office upkeep and infrastructure (vacuum cleaning, daily cleaning etc)
- Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
- Assist Human Resources department with personnel database, audits etc.
- Assist the Finance department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, verify receipts etc.
- Assist in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
- To undertake general office duties including typing, taking messages, photocopying, responding to correspondence, answering telephones, filing etc.
