- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation laws and requirements.
- Oversee operations including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Manage the constant flow of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure accurate inventory management in the ERP system.
- Prepare replenishment inventory levels for fast-moving consumables.
- Regularly reconcile physical stock with system data.
- Plan worker schedules for expected shipments.
- Manage materials undergoing description changes and update labels accordingly.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
- Coordinate and manage daily movements of company vehicles.
- Report warehouse issues to management promptly.
- Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and security standards are maintained in the warehouse.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a Related Subject
- Resident of Coimbatore
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- Fluency in English
