Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of UPVC window components and finished products.
Maintain a wellorganized and efficient warehouse layout to facilitate the movement of materials and products.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying contents, preparing shipping documents, and scheduling transportation.
Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and warehouse activities.
Generate reports on key performance indicators, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates, to monitor warehouse performance.

Requirements:

High school OR Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the UPVC window industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management principles, and shipping/receiving procedures.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of warehouse staff.
