Description
Tele Sales Executives in the real estate business are responsible for promoting and selling properties over the phone


Their primary duties include:

  • Following up with leads generated from various sources and nurturing them until they convert into clients.
  • Understanding the customer's requirements and preferences in terms of location, budget, and property type.
  • Conducting property tours through virtual platforms, and providing virtual walkthroughs of properties to potential clients.
  • Providing accurate and uptodate information about the properties and answering any questions the customers may have.
  • Keeping track of all the communication and updates shared with the clients and maintaining a customer database.
  • Meeting sales targets set by the company and achieving revenue goals.
  • Developing and maintaining a good rapport with the clients and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Staying uptodate with the latest market trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in tele sales is added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication tools such as CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of the real estate market and property buying and selling processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • High level of motivation and a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
