Description

A digital marketing agency helping scale D2C brands is looking to hire a performance marketing executive with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
Launching and managing performance marketing campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid media channels
Media planning for all campaigns
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on insights
Working closely with digital marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Building and optimising content for marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, customer experience and brand engagement

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven experience in handling ecommerce campaigns on Facebook and Google
Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Adwords
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Knowledge of google analytics and attribution set up for campaigns
Excellent communication skills
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
