    Description

    Investment Transaction Support:

  • Screening, analyzing, and valuing primary investments contemplated by PineBridge using different valuation methodologies.
  • Support the transaction process by performing specific business, industry, and financial due diligence, and coordination of document distribution, meetings, and other transaction-related requirements.
  • Preparation of financial models, valuation reports, and presentations and required maintenance to keep them current.
  • Producing analysis on the Asset Management industry, including M&A activity, comparable company and precedent transaction multiples, and industry competitor analysis.

    • Strategic Reporting Function:

  • Support the global FP&A team, including liaising with the finance team and other departments on various management reporting, corporate valuation, and other strategic reporting and analysis requirements.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proven analytical skills and rigor with strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • At least two years of M&A experience with a global investment bank, private equity fund, or Asset Manager preferred.
  • Strong financial modelling skills including 3-statement financial projections, methods of valuation, revenue and expense analysis, cash flow analysis, and the use and interpretation of applicable financial, leverage, and profitability ratios.
  • A team player, possessing a proactive attitude, collaborative working style, and the ability and experience to handle multiple assignments effectively and work autonomously.
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and valuation methodologies with a bachelor's degree in finance, or related corporate finance fields.
