Billing and stock entry assistant for a lighting firm based in Kochi.Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in our
Vyapar billing app / software and Tally

Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy access to critical documents, including financial records.

Office Organization: Keep the office tidy and organized, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available.
Qualifications:
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of financial recordkeeping and expense tracking.
Salary:
₹11, ₹13,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
