Description
Provide a single point of contact for an incident ticket

  • Monitor the helpdesk tool for open and pending tickets raised by end users
  • Receive incidents, change requests, and queries from end users or IT staff through one of the agreed modes of communication
  • Assign the incidents to appropriate technical group and categorize into appropriate severity or priority group
  • Route calls to the vendors in case of issues pertaining to vendors
  • Log tickets generated by alerts in the tools
  • Update incident status to users periodically and as per the communication standards
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Some basic knowledge about SAP / MES Support

Salary:
₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
