Job Title: Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Artivatic. In

this role, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes, ensuring our organization

can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. You will serve as a

coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the

team consistently meets its objectives.

Key Objectives:

 Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for multiple Scrum teams within the

company.

 Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.

 Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality

products.

 Collaborate with the Product Developer and Product Owner to prioritize the product

backlog.

Key Responsibilities:

 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint

review, and sprint retrospective.

 Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.

 Promote continuous improvement through blameless retrospectives and feedback

sessions.

 Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.

 Track KPIs and assist teams in delivering high-quality products/solutions on time.

 Ensure that the team adheres to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

 Set up, enhance, and manage JIRA projects and configurations to improve

operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

 Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

 Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

 Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or

Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

 General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.

 SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
