Description
He /She will be the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells.
They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers' questions about products and services, and processing payments or returns.
He /She provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Company Policy as stated below:
1. Employees who are working in sales / Customer Service team (non technical) must have
a. Laptop. If PC then backup of minimum 2 hrs
b. Internet Connectivity with 2 Mbps speed
c. Mobile Phone
2. Working time is 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is off.
3. No Work No Pay (known as NWNP policy)
a. This (NWNP) policy is applicable for employees working from home.
b.
This policy indicates that work is not done for a given day and hence it will be considered as loss of pay.
This means the number of day salary will be deducted from the monthly salary.c. Everyone should have a sufficient backup plan to avoid no work situation which results into salary deduction.
d.
If work is not done for 8 hrs due to power cut, flood, storm, or any natural calamity, no work is considered for those days.
e.During reviews, if employee is observed working less than 8 hrs a day, no work is considered for those days.
Employees must build below skills in addition to key technical skills required to perform job
a. Self learning - through YouTube videos
b. Daily stand up call.
c. Daily work plan
d. Next weekly work plan on every Saturday
e. English and Hindi communication - verbal and written (required communication for India and international customers)
f. Accounting principles, banking (deposit and finance) domain knowledge
g. Proactive communication
