    Description
    We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing team.

    In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform, while also providing guidance and mentorship to your team members.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on Customer Service, Case Management, and Field Service (preferred).
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learningoriented environment.
    • Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Develop and implement robust and scalable cloud solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and Azure cloud services (experience a plus).
    • Utilize a strong understanding of data migration techniques, thirdparty integrations (APIs/SSIS), plugins, and automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and secure development processes.
    • Effectively manage project lifecycles, adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
    • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.
    • 35 years of experience implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
    • Strong working knowledge of C#, ASP.
    - .NET, JSON, JavaScript development, or other object-oriented programming languages.

    • Proven experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
    • 35 years of experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.

    • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A passion for continuous learning and staying uptodate with the latest technologies.
    • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (2 days/week in person).
