    Description
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Architect/Developer to join our team.

    In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting CRM solutions for our clients.


    Minimum Requirements :

    • 5+ years of handson experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a strong focus on CRM 2015 platform.
    • Proven experience working with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for version control and development lifecycle management.
    • Indepth knowledge of creating and configuring automatic business processes with workflows within Dynamics CRM.
    • Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to:
    • Outlook/Exchange for seamless email integration.
    • SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
    • SQL Server (2008 and above) for data storage and retrieval.
    • Experience with SQL Server development and programming languages (T-SQL, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams.
    • Ability to write clear, concise, and technical documentation for future reference and support.
    • A passion for learning new technologies and staying uptodate with the latest advancements in Dynamics CRM.

    Desired Skills :

    • Experience with Azure cloud deployments for Dynamics 365 (successor to Dynamics CRM).
    • Knowledge of integration tools like Scribe or Azure Logic Apps.
    • Experience with custom entity development and plugins.
    • Familiarity with reporting tools like FetchXML and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
    • Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
    • A strong understanding of security and access management within Dynamics CRM.

    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics CRM.
    • Design and develop complex CRM solutions using workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
    • Configure and integrate Dynamics CRM with other Microsoft technologies like Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
    • Manage and maintain TFS repositories for version control and collaboration.
    • Develop and implement unit tests to ensure the quality and functionality of CRM solutions.
    • Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for future reference and support.
    • Provide postproject support to resolve issues and ensure user adoption of the CRM system.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
