*provide support for people who struggle with or lack interpersonal communication skills

*Conducting needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn

*Coordinating with other members of the organization's training department to develop and deliver training programs

*Leading group discussions and providing guidance on effective communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization

*Must have handled Soft skills and communication training.

  • Must be willing to travel on need basis.

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
