The job require deep understanding of Sales Domain.


Job Profile

• Generating database through various avenues like coldcalling, referrals, online searches etc. and converting them into opportunities
• Essentially take the client through a complete cycle from cold calling to product details to get the Sales.
• Expertise in identifying right business group & getting business from Corporate Clients.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS of leads\Opportunities generated and follow ups done, weekly statements of income generated, status of pipeline deals for the information of higher ups
• Handling customer correspondence, arranging for demonstration of the products Pitched, making proposals, proforma invoices to ensure the prospect is always warm.
• Coordinating with Customer support team for client feedback and satisfaction and addressing the concerns for a smooth relationship
• Addressing concerns of existing customers and ensuring resolutions within the specified TATs
• Creating a robust pipeline for the next month to ensure continuity in sales and attaining targets

Skill Profile:

• Expert knowledge of Database Research and Customer Profiling
• Should have "Handson" CRM experience
• Must have acheieved QoQ Sales Targets
• Must have Strong Customer Orientation
• Must Have Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

• An excellent attitude and a desire to learn and excel.
• An excellent interpersonal skill.
• A self-motivated, resilient and persistent approach.
• Good communication skills.
