Description

  • Deliver pharmaceutical products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, following assigned delivery routes and schedules.
  • Safely load and unload pharmaceutical products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Verify delivery orders and invoices with customers to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliveries, collecting payment as needed and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain delivery records, including delivery logs, route sheets, and customer signatures, to track deliveries and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors regarding delivery schedules, route changes, traffic conditions, and any deliveryrelated issues or concerns.
  • Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating delivery vehicles, including wearing seat belts, obeying speed limits, and practicing defensive driving techniques to ensure safety on the road.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels, and reporting any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction with delivered products and services.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical delivery, including maintaining confidentiality and security of pharmaceutical products during transit.
