Description
Act as technical expert on R& S, datacenter networking and Wireless technologies.

  • Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security problems
  • Deploy and support multivendor network & security solutions
  • Deploy and support network and security monitoring & management tools
  • Prepare/update HLD & LLD, process and technical documentation
  • Support on Sev 1 incidents to resove within SLA
  • Perform RCA based on OEM inputs
  • Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and security
  • Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations
  • Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers
  • Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)

about you:


  • 89 years of related experience in routing & switching, datacenter networking.
  • Experience on Aruba switches, Routers & wireless series.
  • Knowledge of Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies
  • Experience in Aruba Clearpass and Aruba Central.
  • Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on Cisco Datacenter products including Nexus Switches 3K/5K/7K/9K.
  • Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on routing Protocol including OSPF/BGP/EIGRP Good Understanding of Network monitoring tools like Solar winds
