    Job Title: Tele Counsellor, The Eterne Clinic

With strong reviews, superlative customer experience, The Eterne Clinic has managed to garner a cult like following in a short span of less than 6 months. With a strong foundation, we are now looking at strengthening our team of outbound callers with a passion & flair for all things cosmetic dermatology.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Medical Tele caller to join our team at The Eterne Clinic. As a Medical Tele caller, you will be the first point of contact for our lead clients seeking information about our skin, hair, body, and wellness treatments over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to assist potential and existing clients with inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Handle incoming calls from clients regarding cosmetic procedures, services, and appointments.
    2. Provide accurate information about various our skin, hair, body, and wellness treatments offered at the clinic.
    3. Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
    4. Schedule appointments for clients in tandem with the clinic front desk team.
    5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups, in the clinic's CRM software.
    6. Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary pre-appointment instructions.
    7. Assist in outbound calling campaigns for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient satisfaction surveys.
    8. Stay updated on the latest cosmetic procedures, industry trends, and clinic offerings to effectively address client queries.
    9. Handle all client complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy, aiming for swift resolution.
    10. Contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients contacting the clinic.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    2. Proven experience in customer service or tele calling roles, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
    3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the local language.
    4. Empathetic and client-oriented approach towards handling patient inquiries and concerns.
    5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with CRM software is desirable.
    7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    9. Flexibility to work on weekends.
    10. Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and terminology is a plus, though training will be provided.
