    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Conductremote counseling sessions with clients via telephone or videoconferencing platforms.
    • Provide compassionateand nonjudgmental support to clients experiencing mental healthissues relationship problems stress anxiety depression and otherconcerns.
    • Listen actively to clients concernsassess their needs and develop personalized treatmentplans.
    • Collaborate with clients to setachievable goals and empower them to make positive changes in theirlives.
    • Utilize evidencebased therapeutictechniques and interventions to help clients address and overcomechallenges.
    • Maintain accurate and confidentialclient records in accordance with professional standards and legalrequirements.
    • Stay informed about currentresearch trends and best practices in counseling and mental healthtreatment.
    • Participate in regular supervisionand training sessions to enhance clinical skills and professionaldevelopment.
    • Adhere to ethical guidelines andprofessional standards of conduct in all interactions with clientsandcolleagues.
    Qualifications:
    • Mastersdegree in counseling psychology social work or relatedfield.
    • Licensed or certified counselorpreferred (e.g. LPC LMFT LCSW).
    • Previousexperience providing counseling or psychotherapy servicespreferred.
    • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and active listeningskills.
    • Empathy compassion and a nonjudgmentalattitude toward clients.
    • Ability to establishrapport and build therapeutic relationships withclients.
    • Familiarity with teletherapy platformsand technology.
    • Strong clinical assessment anddiagnostic skills.
    • Commitment to ongoingprofessional development andselfcare.
