Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are looking for someone to review chat and incoming inquiries to support our customer service team on evenings and weekends.
- Regular communications with team through slack and track the follow-ups to customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working on festival holidays & in rotational shift, specifically in night shift.
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Minimum 1 year experience on International Voice process
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- A quick learner.
- Must be comfortable with night shifts.
Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
