Roles & Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone to review chat and incoming inquiries to support our customer service team on evenings and weekends.
  • Regular communications with team through slack and track the follow-ups to customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable working on festival holidays & in rotational shift, specifically in night shift.
  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Minimum 1 year experience on International Voice process
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • A quick learner.
  • Must be comfortable with night shifts.

Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
